Donny Bailey Seagraves
Donny Bailey Seagraves is a children’s book author and freelance writer living in Winterville, Georgia, USA. Her first children’s middle grade novel is forthcoming from Random House Children’s Books. Seagraves also writes for magazines and is the Bookshelf columnist and book reviewer for Athens Magazine, a regional lifestyle magazine owned by Morris Communications.
Donny Fay Bailey Seagraves was born in Athens, Georgia to parents Henry Donald Bailey and Mary Faye Coile Bailey. She has a younger brother, Michael David Bailey, and a younger sister, Mary Leanne Bailey Benson. Mrs. Seagraves has been married for many years to Phillip Nelson Seagraves, also a native of Athens, Georgia, and they are the parents of twins, Jennifer Fay and Gregory Nelson.
